Safety fencing is a legal requirement for swimming pools in Auckland. At Temp Fences we can help out with temporary fence hire to secure your pool until your new pool fencing is ready to keep your family safe.

Our fence panels are 1.8m high, and can come with a wheeled gate which makes entry easy but can be securely fastened to keep children safe.

Please make sure you are fully informed about the council requirements for swimming pool fences. They have specific guidelines about temporary fencing around swimming pools. 

Metal mesh fencing around a pool:

  • higher than 1.8m must have openings 35mm or less, or be fitted with a protective cover
  • with height between 1.2m - 1.8m must have openings 10mm or less, or be fitted with a protective cover.
